International scope of the Ophthalmology Research and Innovation Group The Miguel Servet Ophthalmology Research and Innovation Group (GIMSO) is an international leader in clinical research within the field of ophthalmology. With more than 200 publications in leading journals and more than 50 funded research projects, this group combines experienced researchers with young and promising scientists.
The team consists of ophthalmologists, optometrists, physicists, bioengineers, ocular photographers, and statisticians, and maintains active collaborations with other national and international research groups, as well as with R & D foundations, patient associations, neurologists, neurophysiologists and pathologists.
